    Happy Place is a well loved and taken care of Sea Ray Sundancer 240. Always moored in fresh water she has taken us to the San Juans and back, been on the water for the blue angels during Seafair, and has been on countless day trips on Puget Sound. It’s an easy boat to single hand and can fit up to 10 people (or more) with room for 4 to sleep with the v-berth (which doubles as a dining table), bathroom, two sinks, butane stove, and a clever barbecue setup off the back step. Only 650 hours on the Mercruiser engine, plenty of life left in it (they typically run for 1500 to 2000 hours). Selling because we have our eye on a bigger boat, but are hoping she can find a great home. Priced below book value so we can sell it quickly and buy our next one. Moored on South Lake Union so easy to show to potential buyers.  ——- The Sea Ray 240 Sundancer is a versatile, affordable family boat. This boat's comfort and efficient use of space make it an excellent introduction to the renowned Sea Ray raised-helm concept. Features include a standard cockpit table that can be stowed to accommodate the fold-down sunpad. The convenient cockpit refreshment center has beverage holders and room to stow a cooler below. Down below, the convertible dinette / sleeper sofa provides a spacious area for dining as well as comfortable sleeping for two. The fiberglass enclosed head includes a pump-out head with vanity and sink with faucet, shower wand, and shower curtain. With a sink, faucet and dual-voltage refrigerator, snacks and sandwiches are a breeze to prepare in the galley. The mid-stateroom includes a double bunk, a window with screen for ventilation, and a curtain for privacy.
