1980 Catalina 38 ft Sailboat with a 26 hp Universal Diesel
This is a spacious, clean 1980 Catalina 38! The hulls on these sailboats were originally built for racing, and the molds were purchased by Catalina and refitted as roomy cruisers.
Aft of the anchor locker is a v-berth, an electric head and shower combination to port with a hanging locker to starboard. The saloon follows with a U-shaped settee to port and a straight settee to starboard. The galley is fitted with a CNG stove, a double sink, and an icebox. The nav station is just forward of the quarter berth (which forms the nav seat) to starboard.
This particular boat features a 26hp Universal diesel that has 295 hours on it. This Catalina was fitted with an Autohelm with speed/depth reporting. The seller has installed custom main windows a battery charger and a Bluetooth stereo.

The seller indicates that all mechanical and electrical systems are fully functional. The exterior paint above the waterline looks to be in good condition. The current owner completed a couple of personal updates. The sails are frayed but functional.
