Several upgrades that you will not see on any sailboat of this size such as AC/HEAT, ICE BOX CONVERTED TO REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER, CRANKCASE GASKET REPLASED (known issue with this engine), and CUSTOM MATTRESS IN AFT CABIN including several other updates. Boat is actually a Hunter 30T. Purchased this sailboat in 2012 from the origional owner. Sailboat always been on LAke Minnetonka locaed in Minnesota all it's life. I have updated, replaced or repaired everything I feel possible with this sailboat including all of the hoses (fuel, waste, water, etc.) except the main fresh water and a few discharge hoses as they are still in good condition. ac was professionaly installed back in 2022 and has 3 vents, one in aft cabin, one in main saloon, one in forward cabin. Return air vent to the ac unit is located in the haed (bathroom). The port side locker in the cockpit was converted and sealed for the ac unit. Runs great and was a life saver on hot days. The ac only runs from 120vac shorepower. Custom mattress was purchased for the aft cabin and sailboat includes three sets of custom bedding and two beadspreads. Boat is documented with USCG as "Local Current with official NO. 1241958 Draft 4.3ft with bulb keel. Some other features: New AGM batteries (2 for house and 1 for starting) in 2024 New battery charger ProMariner 1260P back in 2023 (12v @60amp charger!) Aft stern seats with high gloss wood finish & custom cushions Replaced throttle and shit cables 2020 Electrical pannel custom with updateed analog gauges Released leaking crankcase gasket (known issue with this engine) in 2022 (several pics & videos but not shown) Engine cooling hoses replaced 2022 Engine theremostat replaced 2022 Refrigerator (custom chiller plates & condensor unit) replaced 2021 New custom cradel for sailboat in 2022 Custom winter sailboat cover 2012 and still in perfect condition 2nd jib of kevlar (never used and came with the boat in 2012) Full main with two reefing locations 150 roller furling jib new in 2020 Fuel tank was completely removed in 2019 and cleaned inside Holding tank has overboard dump removed (can be replaced if you need) Have all origional documentation from Hunter New stereo system with CD & DVD player along with 2 cockpit and 2 swin platform speakers & remote in swimplatform! Stereo amplifers installed in forward cabin (2 speakers in cabin) Three (3) LED TVs each with included slide load DVD players so each TV can play their own DVD movie OR run the DVD from the main sterer and show the same movie on all three (3) TVs (TV antenns mounted high on mast, new in 2025) LED lights throughout including mast head New B&G cockpit display with wind speed & direction (mast mounted and hard wired), depth, lake water temperature, GPS compas mounted in deck by mast Oil pan gasket replaced just to see what it looked like in the oil plan and it was CLEAN (no metal etc.) Stove replaced in 2012 with littke use to a Force 10 two burner propane stove & oven (upgrade from factory alchol stove/oven). Only used 1lb propane canisters located beloe stove so the board does not have a propane locker. Hot water heater power by 120 vac and heat pump from engine work well and was new in 2020 Custom window curtins Custom window covers from Zarcor on port/starboard ports and aft cabin fixed window allowing easy sliding to vew outside then completly cover window. This boat was by babby an I took pride in everything about her. Why and I selling?Due to age and other factors I have purchased a power boat after sailing for over 25 years...
