Remarks about the Catalina 400 MKII being a day sailing yacht are completely wrong. The C400 MKII is a highly capable coastal and off-shore cruiser. It has generous water and fuel capacity and robust rigging. With a comfortable and roomy interior, she is a great vessel for extended passages, especially to neighboring coastal islands. Head room throughout 6’11” Large master stateroom w/ private head & separate shower has plenty of storage. The forward cabin w/ private head. The galley has plenty of storage & room to move safely while underway. Yanmar 4JH3E 56 hp diesel engine has low hours. The yacht is set up for a diesel generator. Forward & Aft Factory installed A/C recently upgraded & in excellent working order. Upgrades include brand new batteries & combimaster 12V/2000W-100A inverter/charger, electric winches, bow thruster, dinghy w/outboard, Garhauer Davits and crane. New sails & Dutchman system for the full batten mainsail w/ sail slides, custom designed asymmetrical top-down furling spinnaker, whisker pole, Bimini, Dodger, Cockpit Cushions, full array of electronics including AIS. Fresh water heads with electro sans for both heads – No Pumps-outs and no stinking heads!
