Launched in 2000; moulded by Solaris Catamarans and fitted out by the owner.
After twenty five years of ownership and now retiring to a smaller yacht for local pottering, Moby is for sale.
She has been upgraded over the years with new standing rigging in 2023, wheel steering, instruments, radar etc.
With the cost of new “entry level” 40 ft catamarans now approaching half a million fully equipped and VAT paid she represents an excellent opportunity to get started on or continue in cats on a more realistic budget.

Moby has made many trips to France, Belgium and mainly the Netherlands from her base on the Orwell in Suffolk. In 2017 we cruised down to Southern Brittany and kept her there for three years.
She is very comfortable to spend longer periods of time on, with two generous aft double cabins and a three quarter cabin. In the forward half of the starboard hull she has a large heads comprising three areas: sea toilet, shower and wash basin.
The saloon has 360 degrees views and a large nav station and fridge, in addition to a large table and seating for 6.
The galley is in the port hull and features split level gas oven and hob and twin sinks, and has ample storage and work tops.
