The 3500 Express has cockpit seating for 8, and with an optional aft-facing lounge seats 3 more. Other standard features include: Radar Arch / Integrated Swim Platform and Integrated Bow Pulpit / 95 cubic foot Transom Storage Trunk / and port & starboard Transom Entry Gates. Port galley creates a private forward owner's stateroom with queen-size pedestal bed. Aft lounge converts to queen berth with privacy enclosure. The starboard head has access from both the salon and the owner's stateroom.

Additional Description

The cockpit on the 3500 Express is designed for comfort and convenience. The helm is a “heads up” fiberglass tilt-away helm station with full flush mount electronics capability. The double wide helm seat with power adjustment is comfortable. The forward facing companion lounge, with tons of storage, sits right next to the helm seat and provides ample seating for four adults to enjoy the comfortable ride. There is chart storage, drink holders, and glove box adjacent to the helm, and the bronze acrylic sliding companion door with lock sits to the port side. Directly behind the companion lounge features a drop-down aft facing seat. A standard wet bar with sink and ice maker sits to starboard behind the helm seat. Across the transom there is a molded-in lounge with storage. Dual molded-in transom steps with hinged S.S. gates make entering the cockpit easy, and standard cockpit lighting with remote feature ensures safe footing. There is a large transom storage trunk with approximately 95 cubic feet of storage space and a huge 48" swim platform. The cruising arch with handrails features a bimini top, curtains and aft curtain. Seat and Helm covers.

Master forward pedestal berth with storage below the bed, hanging locker, and additional storage. The galley features Corian countertops, recessed two-burner electric stove, S.S. sink, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, and lots of storage. A tall hanging locker separates the galley from the L-shaped lounge - which is also convertible to a queen-size berth and has a wrap-around privacy curtain. The full fiberglass head features molded-in sink with storage below, mirror, and vanity with storage compartment. A solid teak and holly floor creates a beautiful accent to this spacious living quarters. Comfort options include air conditioning, Clarion stereo, two (2) TVs, water heater and vacuum head,

The electrical system on the 3500 Express features a custom 12V and 120V master distribution panel with Plexiglas door, amp meter, reverse polarity indicator, 30 amp shore power, a two bank 12V battery system with gel cell batteries, and battery charger.

The 3500 Express is constructed with a water barrier outer gelcoat layer and handlaid fiberglass with a special formulated resin. The stringers are made of a high grade marine ply-wood called “Tech-Lam” and encapsulated in handlaid fiberglass and integrated into the hull. The seacocks and all underwater thru-hull fittings are made of bronze, and there is molded-in deckside ventilation as well as a Quiet Tone underwater exhaust. Closed cooled angine and trim tabs. The 3500 features six oval custom opening port lights with screens for plenty of air and natural light below. Gelcoated bootlines and recessed trim tabs show the attention to detail on this spacious 35 footer.

Tiara’s custom diamond pattern non-skid is used on all deck and cockpit surfaces for sure, safe, footing. The windshield is made of welded aluminum and Solex 1/4" safety glass, and handrails, and a center hinged ventilating section make this windshield one the best in the industry. The transition to the foredeck is easy with grab rails and a sturdy one-piece welded bow rail to assist movement forward. Other deck features of the 3500 Express include three aluminum deck hatches with screens and privacy covers, forward deck sun pad with S.S. handrails, drink holders and storage, flush forward anchor locker with overboard drain, and a fiberglass molded-in bow pulpit with windlass and S.S. roller assembly.
