As said above if you are looking for a cruiser or a sit upon condo at the Jersey shore or your port of choice then the 466 is your Yacht. Shelter Harbor marina has it all. Pool, club house, bike, kayak, board storage, smaller boat and jet skies slips. Walking distance to the beach, fantacy Island, Bay View village, resturants, bars, bakery, ice cream, pizza, water park and minature golf. The 2022 slip rental is paid and includeed in the sale. It is the most desired slip in the marina with unobstructed views of the bay, intercoastal water way and the sunset.
Galley Equipment
Refrig, freezer, electric stove, microwave convection oven, coffee maker, sink, plenty of cabins and storage in the floor.
Mechanical Equipment
New bow thruster, new house and engine D-8 batteries, two sets of props, front deck dingy crane, twin Volvo diesel 480 HP engines with very low 547 hrs on them and as of now there is 480 gallons of fresh treated diesel fuel in it.
Deck and Hull Equipment
Front deck has a dingy crane, anchor, power supply intake and wash down. Transom has swim platform with deck box, wash down, automatic power cords, stairs and cabel hook up.

The marine has docking for all size boats, jet skies, kyacks and bicycles there is also a pool and club house. If you use the Tradition as a condo or cruise to AC, Cape May, around LBI or a night at Ticen shoal on the hook it is the perfect summer get away. Then take it south for the winter.
