Recent major projects:

• 2015 - Cutlass bearings added to shaft tube to eliminate shaft vibration (resolved known issue with all Tiara 5200s)
• 2017- Replaced helm refrigerator.
• Added Arid Bilge Series 2 dry bilge vacuum system
• 2018 - Upgraded engine room lights to LED
• 2019 - Replaced water tanks with stainless steel tanks
• Replaced block heaters
• 2021- All bottom coatings removed with farrow blaster. Bottom refinished with high build epoxy barrier (5 coats) and painted with 3 coats of antifouling paint. ($22,000)
• Full inspection of hull and topside gelcoat. Repaired as necessary to restore to Bristol Condition. ($25,000)
• 2022 - Upgraded, larger fresh water pump.
