Description
Popular Bayliner 4050 Bodega Motor Yacht with low hours twin 330 HP Crusader engines. Layout includes three private staterooms (a spacious Master & dinette converts to stateroom), a very large salon with “L” couch, lift top table, flat screen TV and fire place. The full feature galley includes a dish washer, full size frig, microwave and stove/oven. Two heads with electric fresh water heads and shower are aboard. This Bayliner model has the best interior living areas available in the 40’ size. She is essentially a floating Condo with a water view.
In addition, the outdoor entertainment areas are equally large and include a raised aft deck and a huge 150 sq ft flybridge. A unique fold-down ladder provides direct flybridge to the fore-deck. The fly bridge has full instrumentation and navigation equipment and seating at least 5. It has a Bimini top and full vision enclosure for NW cruising. The aft deck is a great area to just hang-out with a wine cooler. An aft deck fabric cover is included to provide off-season protection.
An 11.5’ Avon hard bottom inflatable with 6 hp 4 stoke Suzuki engine and swim step carrying brackets for boat and motor is included.
The Bodega design is very functional for living aboard. The boat includes multiple up-grades such as dish washer and added storage to accommodate living aboard. Live aboard can be available in the current covered Duwamish Yacht Club moorage on application and Board approval. Details will be provided on request.

Accommodations:
The forward stateroom provides upper single berth and lower double berths with adjacent dressing seat. Storage is under the berths/seat and a shelf above the seat. A starboard side clothes locker accommodates hanging clothing. Port lights for ventilation and overhead hatch for emergency are standard features.
The port side forward stateroom has a dinette table that converts to a double berth with storage drawers provided. A clothes locker is also in this stateroom. Port lights are provided for ventilation.
The forward starboard side Head includes an electric head with fresh water flush, a disconnected shower and stainless-Steel sink with Hot and Cold-water supply with lots of storage built-in.
The galley is on the Port side with a full-size Norcold AC/DC frig, Stove/oven, built in Microwave, Cuisinart Air Fryer, under floor ice cooler, Stainless steel sink lots of storage racks and cabinets for dishes and dry storage. A custom cabinet with multiple draws has been installed for the galley cooks accessories. A Vestra dishwasher (only 2.5 gallons per wash/rinse/dry) has been installed. The galley floor is attractive teak. An 8-gallon AC/Engine hot water heaters and pressure system services the galley and head.
The Salon is on the same level as the galley with the lower helm on the port side and large living/entertaining area aft. The furniture includes movable L shape couch, large lift table, flat screen TV and chairs. Arrange furniture to suite your needs. An electric fireplace has been added to the port side to cheer up the dark Pacific NW days. Full instrumentation and basic navigation equipment are provided at this lower helm station. A Captains seat is at the helm and on the port, side is the AC/DC electrical panel.

Deck and Hull Equipment
The vessel design provides walk around catwalks and stainless-steel safety rails/cables all around. A unique fold-down ladder provides direct flybridge to the fore-deck. An IDEAL electric windlass is on the bow with 50’ of chain, 150’ of rope rode and a 25 lb. Danforth anchor on bow pulpit.
A stern ladder allows easy access to swim platform. The exterior decks are non-skid fiberglass. Dock lines, fenders, boat hook, Ensign Flag, 6 lift jackets, flare gun kit and hand-held flares are included.

aft Deck is open with guard rails. Comfortable chairs and tables can be easily moved to suite the area use. It is a great entertainment area with a storage locker. Shore side steps are on the dock and go with the boat.
Interior heat and air conditioning is provided by a Cruizeair unit.
The fly bridge control station is on the port side with navigation and operation controls conveniently located. Adjacent is a large bench seat with life jacket storage under the seat. A freezer unit and wine cooler are also located on the large fly bridge along with additional chairs for Guests. A Bimini top and side curtains with clear vinyl provides weather protection as needed.

Engine starting is provided by two group 27 - 12-volt battery, one for each engine.
The 12-volt house systems are powered by four 12 V batteries through selector switches. The battery power is maintained via a 3-bank automatic 40-amp charger.
Shore power is via 30 amp – 50’ power cord, to the AC breaker panel with ammeter and voltmeter located adjacent to the Helm.
AC power during cruising is provided by a Freedom Marine 30-amp inverter. There is an AC generator aboard, but it is non -operatable.
An 8-gallon AC/Engine hot water heaters and pressure system services the galley and head.
Galley Equipment
